SBP 40/65 LNH
In the range of SBPs, SBP 40/65 LNH is a fast evaporating hydrocarbon solvent. The solvent has undergone a high degree of carefully controlled refining that results in a consistent low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene, polycyclic and total aromatics. Marked by the LNH designator the n-hexane content of this solvent is guaranteed below 5%. As a result of its controlled purity SBP 40/65 LNH is, for example, suitable as skin rubbing solvent.
X-55 solvent
X55 Solvent is a wide boiling range, rapidly evaporating solvent widely used in the rubber industry.
Isohexane LNH (SBP 58/62)
In the range of SBPs, Isohexane LNH is a narrow cut, fast evaporating hydrocarbon solvent. It has undergone a high degree of general refining that results in a low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene and total aromatics. Marked by the LNH designator the n-hexane content of this solvent is guaranteed below 5%. Isohexane LNH is a solvent that is for example used in rubber and related industries.
Hexane
Hexane is a clear, colourless liquid with a faint odour. It is a stable paraffinic hydrocarbon which is highly volatile and distils over a very narrow range.
Hexane (extraction grade)
In the range of SBPs, Extraction grade Hexane is a fast evaporating hydrocarbon solvent that consists essentially of hexane isomers. A concentration of approximately 50% makes n-hexane the major component in this mixture. The high degree of carefully controlled refining results in a low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene, polycyclic and total aromatics. Meeting the requirements of for example FAO/WHO and MAFF (UK), extraction grade Hexane may be applied in food and related industries such as in the production of edible oils.

In the range of SBPs, Polymerisation grade Hexane is a fast evaporating hydrocarbon solvent that consists essentially of hexane isomers. A concentration of approximately 50% makes n-hexane the major component in this mixture. The high degree of carefully controlled refining results in a low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins benzene, total aromatics and carbonyls. Polymerisation grade Hexane is particularly suitable as polymerisation medium and the manufacture of catalysts.
ShellSol B HT
ShellSol B HT is a low odour, fast evaporating hydrocarbon solvent with n-hexane as the major component. It has undergone a high degree of general refining that results in a low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene and total aromatics.
SBP 60/95 LNH
In the range of SBPs, SBP 60/95 LNH is a fast evaporating hydrocarbon solvent. It has undergone a high degree of general refining that results in a low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene and total aromatics. Marked by the LNH designator the n-hexane content of this solvent is guaranteed below 5%.
ShellSol BF

ShellSol W HT
ShellSol W HT is a narrow cut, medium evaporating hydrocarbon solvent. The special cut gives the solvent its increased cycloparaffin content and solvency. The high degree of general refining gives this solvent its low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene and total aromatics and low odour.
SBP 100/140
In the range of SBPs, SBP 100/140 is a slower evaporating hydrocarbon solvent. As a member of the SBP range it has undergone a high degree of general refining that results in a low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene and total aromatics.
X-3B solvent

VM&P Naphtha HT
VM&P Naphtha HT is a medium evaporating hydrocarbon solvent. It has an increased cycloparaffin content and hence solvency. The high degree of general refining gives this solvent its low level of impurities such as sulphur, olefins, benzene and total aromatics and low odour.
SBP 140/165
