What is NEODOL?
NEODOL* alcohols and ethoxylates - the essential precursor molecules for many of the most respected detergents and surfactants - are available to customers worldwide.
NEODOL alcohols are high purity, high linearity primary alcohols that typically contain 75-85% by weight normal alcohols. NEODOL alcohol chemical reactions are typical of primary alcohols. The ease of ethoxylation and sulphation by conventional means makes the derivatives suitable for a broad spectrum of surfactant applications.
Performance and versatility are further strengthened by the unique composition of NEODOL alcohols, which provides linear primary alcohols with both even and odd numbered carbon chains.
