Our EO Product Stewardship Programme includes training for our customers on the hazards, safe handling, transport and unloading of EO. We believe that working together with our customers on EO Product Stewardship is a high priority. Our EO Product Stewards are available to provide assistance to our customers on the safe handling and use of EO.
Who should I contact in the event of a chemical spill or other transportation incident in the US?
You should call The Chemical Transportation Emergency Center ("CHEMTREC") at 1-800-424-9300. As a public service sponsored by the Chemical Manufacturers' Association and its members, CHEMTREC will provide immediate assistance for an incident and, for Shell products, will notify Shell's Emergency Response Center to activate our response system.
