Q: I want to contact Shell Chemicals in another region. Where can I find the contact details?

A: You can use the "Search Shell Chemicals.com" link within the "Shell Chemicals Documents" portlet on the Home tab. This will take you to our website where you can search using the Customer Centre search criteria. If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact your usual Shell Chemicals contact using the "Contact us" link on the "Home" tab.

Q: I have some feedback for the Customer Lounge that would make my job easier. Who can I tell?

A: Use the "Contact us" feature within "Communications" on the "Home" tab to share your ideas or comments with your Shell Chemicals contact. Select 'Feedback', type your message in the space provided and submit.

Q: I want to purchase a product I don't normally order from Shell and it is not listed in the Customer Lounge. What should I do?

A: Use the "Contact us" feature within "Communications" on the Home tab. Select 'inquiry', type your request in the space provided and submit. Your Shell Chemicals contact will take the necessary action to try to set this up.
