Q: I want to know the status of an order I have placed. What do I do?
A: The "My current orders" feature within "Order tracking" on the "My account" tab, allows you to check the status of all orders regardless of whether they were placed online or via traditional channels.
Q: I have a regular monthly/weekly order. Do I have to enter the same information every time?
A: No, you can use the "Reorder" facility within the "Order management" portlet. This can be found in the "My Account" tab. Reorder allows you to look up previous orders and use these as a template for placing repeat orders. You simply change the purchase order number, delivery date and quantity required. Hint: When placing orders that will be repeated, create a memorable name that makes them easy to refer to for future reordering.
Q: I have placed an order, and now want to cancel or modify it. How do I do this?
A: Use the "Modify/Cancel order" feature within the "Order management" portlet on the "My account" tab. Select the appropriate order and submit a modification or cancellation note. Note: To cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of its scheduled despatch or delivery date you must contact your Shell Chemicals contact directly.
