Polyols for flexible foam

With a global presence, a polyether polyol manufacturing experience stretching back more than 40 years, and expanding production capacity, the Shell chemicals companies comprise one of the world's leading flexible foam polyether polyol producers.

Shell chemicals companies produce a wide range of polyether polyols to suit customers’ varying requirements in respect of processing latitudes and end use properties. As well as producing conventional polyols, we offer co-polymer polyols with varying Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN) solids content to enhance the foam's load-bearing capacity. We also offer polyols for producing High Resilience (HR) foams with improved comfort characteristics as well as polyols to produce moulded foams.
